This page explains how to locate biographies and autobiographies.

The books in the bookshop are arranged according to two factors: area and subject. This arrangement is also used for biographies and autobiographies.

For example, William Wallace is included in the History section of books which deal with the whole of Scotland.
If a person is more closely identified with a particular area then the relevant books are contained in an area list. For example, Charles Rennie Mackintosh`s biographies are included in the Glasgow area, within the subject "
architecture & buildings".
